Love this! Morning routines have been such a struggle for me but lately I have been seeing people simplify it more rather than scheduling a bunch of specific activities down to the minute. Doing something for your mind, body, and heart is low pressure but I’m sure it is also highly rewarding to start your day that way!

yes exactly! I always struggled with morning routines as well because everytime I looked it up on the internet it was always so specific and stressful, hard to follow and keep up. It helped me so much simplifying it into something for your mind, body and heart cause it’s always customizable and you also get everything done in a productive way and most importantly in your OWN way. I am so glad you enjoyed it!! xx

a collection of warm and lovely tips :))) a small thing of note imo is that the morning routine doesn’t start when you wake up, it starts the night before, with setting up your environment and getting enough sleep to power tomorrow! thanks for sharing ☀️
